Notice:  The cost of Gate Remotes were increased to $40.00 each

effective January 10, 2023.  

​​Estoppel Requests

Are you selling your property? Please be sure to have the closing agent email an Estoppel Request to hlctrustinc@gmail.com to verify Annual Assessments are paid.  You may be entitled to a partial refund of your assessment from the buyer at closing.  If you have any questions, please email us at hlctrustinc@gmail.com.

Call Box

Please note that you must press the 5 key (instead of the 9 key) on your phone keypad when a visitor calls you from the call box to open the gate.  You may need to press the 5 keyseveral times before the gate will open.  You can also try holding down the 5 key for a few seconds.  You should turn off WiFi calling on your cell phone to allow better communication with the call box.  Thank you!!
