HOLIDAY CLUB

    We are a private, gated, residential community in South West Pasco County, just 25 miles north of the Tampa City Center and only minutes from the Veteran's Expressway.

  Nestled within a native live oak forest, our private, shaded streets have a 10 MPH speed limit and meander through majestic century-old oak trees. Our multi-acre park on beautiful Lake Ann offers residents and their guests shaded, grassy areas beneath rustling cypress trees, creating the perfect setting for picnics and relaxation.

The lakefront park features a volleyball court, observation dock, boat ramp, swimming area, picnic tables, and grills. A separate fishing dock provides additional access to the lake for anglers. We also offer a fully equipped, fenced children's playground and a basketball court, where residents of all ages can enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment.

  HOLIDAY CLUB is a Neighborhood Watch Community and has an active safety and reporting network to keep our community a safe place to live and play.
